When using Network Manager, this tool will be managing your
/etc/resolv.conf

If you don't want it to, simply don't use it and use the good old
/etc/network/interfaces instead.

Marking the bug as Invalid as it's not an isc-dhcp bug (nor really a bug
at all).

  Invalid

Bug description:
  After each restart Ubuntu Natty resetting /etc/resolv.conf. I mean,
  that file appearing after restart just with one line: "Generated by
  NetworkManager". So, other line written by me - "nameserver
  ip_address)" disappeared. System is upated.
