[Bug 1018168] [NEW] When "Continue" button is disabled in ubiqutiy (allow_go_forward) the text is still black.

At certain points in ubiquity install, the Continue button will be
disabled to prevent going to next step without filling in crucial
information. The best example of this is entering usernames and
passwords in the useradd page. Despite the button being disabled, it's
not actually grey.
