This won't require any source or binary renaming. It just needs a
.desktop file with a nice user string in it that matches the binary, as
far as I can tell.

** Summary changed:

- Rename Update-notifier > software-updater-daemon
+ System Monitor shows unfriendly name for update-notifier

** Summary changed:

- System Monitor shows unfriendly name for update-notifier
+ System Monitor shows unfriendly name "update-notifier"

  Binary package hint: update-notifier

  I suggest renaming the update-notifier > update-manager daemon .
Since its now working just as an update manger daemon, and there is *no other specific notification*, which existed earlier.

This would ease the discomfort that several users have complained in
Bug #332945 , saying the new pop-under is a security threat.

The main source of the discomfort is because the daemon is labeled different from the app it opens.
Renaming it would make it more up-to date with the present designed behavior for updates.
