Bug description:
  Hi,

  I'm having issues trying to install the update-notifier-common
  package. It seems to want python3-debian but that doesn't exist.

  The following packages have unmet dependencies:
   update-notifier-common : Depends: python3-debian but it is not installable
  E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

  I'm running 12.10 alpha2.
