[Bug 993180] [NEW] i had download ubuntu 12.04 but i forget my password and i want to retrieve it!

No it's not a bug! But in My LQ they gave me many passwords after
request but none of them didn't run! I tried all the passwords they gave
me but nothing went right! Then i tried to download software with
another username but when i install it it always returns anmessage error
reporting my first download wich i lost the password! Nowadays i have 6
forms downloaded of Ubuntu 11.04 & 12.04 wich i can't neither install
nor use! I really need help to be at the end on UBUNTU!!!
