Status in “debian-installer” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Running in the shell with the alternative CD:

dirk at mt-lincoln:~$ gksu "sh /media/'Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
  i386'/cdromupgrade"

(gksu:2209): Gtk-WARNING **: Unable to locate theme engine in module_path: "pixmap",
  authenticate 'precise.tar.gz' against 'precise.tar.gz.gpg'
  extracting 'precise.tar.gz'
WARNING: Failed to read mirror file

(precise:2215): Gtk-WARNING **: Unable to locate theme engine in module_path: "pixmap",
gpgv: Signature made Mon 23 Apr 2012 03:03:22 PM MDT using DSA key ID FBB75451
gpgv: Good signature from "Ubuntu CD Image Automatic Signing Key <cdimage at ubuntu.com>"
  dirk at mt-lincoln:~$

  The dialog reports the error:

  i386 (20120423)]/pool/main/p/patch/patch_2.6.1-3_i386.deb Wrong CD-ROM

I tried with both not updating packages from the Internet and then
trying it again allowing the packages to the updated. Failed with the
  same error.
