The log shows:
umount: /var/lib/os-prober/mount: not mounted
rmdir: failed to remove `/var/lib/os-prober/mount': Device or resource busy
rmdir: failed to remove `/var/lib/os-prober/mount': Device or resource busy
grub-probe: error: cannot seek `/dev/sdb'.
clearly not a cryptsetup issue.
