Public bug reported:

In the development release there are apport hooks for 1) xserver
crashes, and 2) intel gfx gpu lockups, which we have gotten a fair
number of cases reported. But there's a distinct lack of "*xorg*" or
"*xserver*" entries showing at errors.ubuntu.com. (Nor any other X
packages).

The GPU hook is /usr/share/apport/apport-gpu-error-intel.py.. It has
option --force which is sometimes useful for debugging.

The X crash hook is /usr/share/apport/package-hooks/source_xorg.py

** Affects: whoopsie-daisy (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
