I can't use the service/stop/start command for procps anymore when
running with precise. This does work in lucid.

user at hosta:~$ sudo bash
root at hosta:~# service procps start
start: Job failed to start
root at hosta:~# service procps stop
stop: Unknown instance:
root at hosta:~# service procps reload
reload: Unknown instance:
root at hosta:~# stop procps
stop: Unknown instance: 
root at hosta:~# start procps
start: Job failed to start
root at hosta:~# reload procps
reload: Unknown instance: 
root at hosta:~#
