You mean the installation locks up, or it locks up when you reboot?

  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Refer to Bug #995144 which caused the initial problem.

  Installed ubuntu-12.04-server-i386.iso to USB drive using Universal USB Installer 1.8.9.7
  Booted up into Ubuntu. 
  Selected English.
  Selected Install Ubuntu Server.

  Computer locks up.
