Bug description:
  On a freshly installed dapper system, /etc/sysctl.conf has the
  following:

  # Emulate the middle mouse button with F11 and the right with F12.
  dev/mac_hid/mouse_button_emulation = 1
  dev/mac_hid/mouse_button2_keycode = 87
  dev/mac_hid/mouse_button3_keycode = 88

  But this doesn't work with dapper's kernel:

  $ sudo sysctl -p
  error: "dev.mac_hid.mouse_button_emulation" is an unknown key
  error: "dev.mac_hid.mouse_button2_keycode" is an unknown key
  error: "dev.mac_hid.mouse_button3_keycode" is an unknown key
  $
