  update-manager doesn't correctly solve dependencies when unselecting

Bug description:
  I unckecked all LibreOffice related packages to save bandwidth. I
  probably forgot to uncheck python-uno (but I uncheked uno packages)
  and I saw that update-manager was downloading libreoffice-core and
  others packages.
