  Cannot upgrade to Ubuntu 11.10

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  I Upgrade from 10.10 to 11.04 last week without any problems. Now I
  wish to upgrade to 11.10 and then to 12.04.

  Do you have any advice for me?
