[Bug 973670] [NEW] Precise Installer: US mirror not listed

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

Trying Precise with a network boot (text mode) and current as of a few
minutes ago.  I set my country/keyboard to US.  On the screen where you
are supposed to select a mirror I get two choices:

  archive.ubuntu.com
  gb.archive.ubuntu.com

Given that us.archive.ubuntu.com exists, I'm in the US and configured as
such, and that the US is a significant country, us.archive.ubuntu.com
should be listed and be the default.
