I've been using it extensively for a few hours and haven't had any
trouble so far.  Is it possible the errors were due to hardware
problems, not e4defrag?  What were the errors, exactly?

Bug description:
  I'm using Ubuntu 12.04 dev with e2fsprogs
  1.42~WIP-2011-10-16-1ubuntu1. I have made the last days some tests
  with e4defrag and my filesystem was sometimes mounted read-only after
  it's execution because an error occured. I have made now 2 tests with
  running "e4defrag /dev/sda1" and writing some hundred of MB on the
  same partition. Both times the system was mounted read-only after a
  few minutes. I can't say if it was really because of the write
  operations but there are some prolems with e4defrag.
