This is trivial for a dev to replicate, no need to push it back to the
filer.

Title:
  debrelease dputs to wrong host

Status in “devscripts” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: devscripts

With a changelog target of 'unstable', debrelease should upload to
ftp-master by default, but instead it provides no host and thus the
dput default (of ubuntu) is used. It would be nicer to use ftp-master.
