[Bug 999805] [NEW] libmount 2.20 uses C++ "new" keyword

Public bug reported:

libmount uses "new" in one of mnt_diff_tables parameters. This fatally
confuses a compilation when the library is used in C++.

The issue has been fixed upstream in version 2.21
