Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gfxboot-theme-ubuntu

  Selecting expert mode with F6 in the Kubuntu alternate boot menu only
  shows the d-i menu once, but then immediately falls back to the normal
  non-expert guided mode. Even the first 'select language' step does not
  show the additional locales.

  It actually works by appending 'priority=low' to the kernel boot
  options.
