[Bug 914029] [NEW] Message text can be focused with tab key in "Untrusted packages" alert dialog

When the "Requires installation of untrusted packages" alert dialog
appears, the user can tab from the "Close" button to the main text of
the alert, as well as into the "Details" text box.

Text can also be typed into the "Details" text box, although maybe that
should be in a separate bug.
