With the new "/etc/apt/auth.conf" this is more important nowdays as its
not longer obvious that cleaning sources.list is enough.

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: software-center

  When deauthorize my computer is used the packages are removed but the
  sources.list entries are not removed. This functionality is currently
  disabled in Software Center, and can be re-enabled once this is fixed.
