  New

Bug description:
  Update Manager fails to update from 11.04 to 11.10. I received a
  warning window stating: Could not calculate the upgrade; An
  unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade: E:Error,
  pkgProblemResolver::Resolve generated breaks, this may be caused by
  held packages. Etc.

  Was also unable to download security updates.

  My ISP reports no packet loss on my account/connection. I am able to
  access the internet with no problems.
