  To obliterate the need for SRU fixes like
  https://launchpadlibrarian.net/44370163/devscripts_2.10.61ubuntu4_2.10.61ubuntu5.diff.gz
  the devscripts package should carve out this volatile data and depend
  on the distro-info package instead.
