Title:
  fsck skips automatically using usplash

Status in “sysvinit” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Ubuntu 8.04.1

On startup, It appears a message saying that the system will run fsck.
and then "Hit ESC to cancel"

Although I never hit ESC, the system cancels fsck and continues
  booting normally.

This happens every 30 boots and I have to start Ubuntu using recovery
mode so the fsck can run.

I dont know which information I should paste here, If you need any log
  or something... please tell me.
