Status in “coreutils” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  Coreutils has quite a comprehensive upstream test suite which is run
  during package build. Many of those also work in an unbuilt tree and
  in a limited VM, so these should be run as autopkgtest.
