  The quantal version of app-install-data-partner ships a outdated
  sources.list file. This breaks installing of partner apps like skype.
+ 
+ Test case:
+ - open current 12.10 with software-center
+ - search for skype
+ - verify that its not there
+ 
+ - install new app-install-data-partner
+ - open software-center and search for skype
+ - verify that its there now and shows a "use this sources" button
+ - click the button and verify that after a few seconds skype can be installed
+ 
+ Regression potential: low as skype is currently not installable
