  sata_nv missing from -generic

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  upgrade from 12.04 to 12.10 showed us that the nforce sata chipset
  drivers no longer exist in linux-generic (3.5 kernel) with disasterous
  consequences : since the root file system was on the nForce sata bus
  this results in an unbootable system!

  After a longer bout of debugging we found the sata_nv module in linux-
  image-extra, but since the upgrade did not pull in this package I can
  only assume this will break ubuntu 12.10 for anyone with an nForce
  chipset..
