Title:
Add 'raring' to the list of recognized Ubuntu release names

Status in “vim” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released
Status in “vim” source package in Quantal:
  Fix Released
Status in “vim” source package in Raring:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  [Impact]
Vim doesn't recognize 'raring' as a valid Ubuntu code name in Debian changelogs and highlights it as an syntax error.
Vim also doesn't do proper highlighting in /etc/apt/sources.list*

  [Test Case]
  - open a Debian changelog file with an entry for 'raring' (or create one)
→ 'raring' is highlighted as an error (red background)
  - open /etc/apt/sources.list (or any file in /etc/apt/sources.list.d) and add an entry for 'raring'
→ 'raring' isn't highlighted in green

  [Regression Potential]
None as it's only a string update to the syntax files for both file types.
