Bug description:
  Hi,

  The Ubuntu i386 DVD for gutsy has 10 menu entries on the isolinux menu
  (Start or install Ubuntu etc.), only the first 8 ones are displayed
  due to screen size in this video mode, but there's no visual
  indication that there are other options below the last one.

  I think there should be a visual indication such as an arrow or an
  "index/total" text prefixing these entries.
