[Bug 1077205] [NEW] update-manager should have a view that shows the changelogs together for all changes that that will be applied

Public bug reported:

Currently if a user wants to see the details in update-manager about the
updates that are to be applied, they have to click on each individual
package in the list. This is tedious and not scalable. Particularly
for folks tracking the devel series and doing daily testing, it would be
useful to have a way to get a view of all the changes at once.

This would need design work first to decide how to integrate it into the
UI.
