I added a sequence of screenshots for illustrating my point.

1- installed
    - When DesktopNova is installed, both, desktop nova and desktop nova tray are marked as installed

2- removed
    - When Desktopnova is removed, desktop nova tray is still market as installed and removable

3- refreshed
    - Once the package list is refreshed e.g. by changing the search criteria, the status of both desktop nova and desktop nova tray is correctly set to not installed.

Bug description:
  When removing a package which will remove another package, the second
  remove button's label is not updated.

  E.g., Take DesktopNova.

  Remove DesktopNova
  DesktopNova-Tray will be removed as well.
  But
  The remove button is still there. It shoud be refreshed and be called "Install"
