[Bug 1078100] [NEW] Additional Driver tab should be easier to find through Dash

Public bug reported:

I believe the "Additional Drivers" section should be a separate menu
item in the Settings screen or in the System menu before Unity.

Now it is not even possible to find it by searching for "drivers" in the
Dash. It doesn't feel logically to select your hardware drivers in the
Software Source package when before there was a separate menu item.

Finally Google could tell me where to find it, but I think at least the
"Additional Drivers" tab should be accessible though the Dash with the
keywords "additional drivers".
