  formatee el disco duro por error y no enciende ordenador

Bug description:
  Formatee el disco duro por error y salio "error al formatear". Despues
  intente encender el ordenador y no encendia solo salian dos frases que
  no recuerdo. Ahora solo puedo encender mi pc con un disco para intalar
  ubuntu y dandole a versión de prueba. E visto que en utilidad de
  discos pone en estado smart: " el disco tiene algunos sectores
  erróneos"(22 concretamente). Y al abrir datos smart en atributos, sale
  el número 5 en rojo. El pc no tiene ningún Sitema operativo o por lo
  menos no arranca, y al intentar volver a instalar Ubuntu con el cd
  pone "el instalador ha fallado". Y también dice que adjunte los
  archivos /var/log/syslog y/var/log/partman:
