The file content is unreadable on the failing vm as well.
23e2b5421acd4e4ccfe41d1294cc9f74 is the md5sum of the file that's in the
machine and it appears to match the sum for the file in the bug.
For the information, this failure occurred once during automatic upgrade
testing and it has not been reproduced since. I could monitor for
further failures on this.
