  Update manager force the user to restart

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  I just updated my system minutes ago and update manager forces me to
  restart without any option to ignore.

  In Ubuntu 12.04, the indication to restart was only placed in the
  system menu which doesn't disturb the user.

  Please don't make Ubuntu act like Windows with stupid useless popups.
