Title:
Immediate restart nearly forced by Update-Manager 12.10
Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
Since 12.10
when Update-Manager has updated a kernel, a popup window appears saying:
"The computer needs to restart to finish installing updates", with a default button "Restart" highlighted.
Problems:
- The window close button is not present.
- And the gear icon has not gone red.
See screenshot.
This is quite forcing the user to restart the computer, thus it could
even cause data loss as he may easily press Enter by mistake before
saving his work.
