For information, this bug is solved in recent versions of fdisk (12.10),
so no problem for Ubuntu (except maybe in 10.04 but i didn't check).

Bug description:
  fdisk outputs incoherent values for the system of this user:

  Eg, the sda1 partition does not end at 30239 but much after.
