'apt-get upgrade' is not a valid test of whether there are updates
available.  Please include both the exact text of the message about
upgrades being available, and the full output of the 'apt-get upgrade'
command you ran.

Bug description:
  In the system tray an icon show up saying upgrades are available, but
  when I run apt-get upgrade, it says everything is up to date.
