Title:
Pseudo-protocol for adding software repositories to APT

Status in “apturl” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubufox

There are many websites that provide Ubuntu software that is not in
the official repositories, meaning that they list somewhat lengthy
  instructions to add a repository.

I propose a pseudo-protocol in Firefox to provide the easy addition of
  apt repositories.

It would be structured as follows:

   - Binary repository: apt-add://www.repository.test/ubuntu:gutsy:main
   - Source repository: apt-add://src/www.repository.test/ubuntu:gutsy:main

  To add a key:

   - apt-key-add://www.repository.test/ubuntukey.asc
