Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  The 'Replace the customized configuration file...' window is too small
  and is not resizable.

  The windows small size makes it quite difficult to read the diff
  (showing only two lines at a time). The default size of the window
  should be much larger (when the 'Difference between the files' reveal
  arrow is clicked), and the window should be resizable to accommodate
  reading larger diffs.
