Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.

The warnings indicate that something went wrong when Update Manager
checked that all packages have the latest Natty versions installed. Did
this error actually cause a total failure of the upgrade process or did
the upgrade finish properly?

As Ubuntu 11.04 Natty Narwhal reached end of life on October 28, 2012
this won't be fixed unless it's actually blocking the upgrade to
Oneiric.
