unable to switch back to "English(US) I am unable to read system that is
in Greek. What is the resolve for this bug?

Title:
dragging languages in system settings / language support doesn't
always work
Status in “language-selector” package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
If I select System Settings and language support, it should be
possible to select one of the installed languages and drag it up and
down in the list (as the dialog directs you to do).
However, this never works for me when I first open the language
support window.
If I switch to other windows or tabs and back again, sometimes
dragging starts to work, but I can't see a repeatable pattern.
In case it's relevant, when I first start language support it says
that some packages are not installed (specifically, the South African
English support for LibreOffice, libreoffice-za, which I don't want
because I don't have English (South African) installed so I tell it to
remind me later).
