[Bug 1082858] [NEW] avahi '.local' notification is persistent

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

I've set up notifications to hide after 2 seconds. But unlike other
notifications, avahi's warning about usage of .local domain hides only
after about a minute.

To reproduce this bug  just use .local domain and restart wired
connection by click on top panel icon of network connections and then
click on network connection 1.
