Bug description:
  I can't install this package, but on every update it appears in the
  list of updates. I must unclick it in order to install the other
  updates.

  when I try to unistall it, the system reports me it doesn't installed
  already, when I try to installit (sudo apt-get install sysvinit) it
  generates me this error.
