Title:
libbsd 0.3.0-2 is incomplete on Precise Pangolin

Status in “libbsd” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Hello,

The description of libbsd 0.3.0-2 states that function be64enc is
available. But after browsing the code it is clear that this function
(and lot of other functions listed in the description) are not
available. After browsing the package repository I stumbled upon
libbsd 0.3.0-2ubuntu1, which has all the functions listed in the
description. But this package is uploaded to Quantal Quetzal, which
already has version 0.4.2-1 of the package. Please could you make the
libbsd 0.3.0-2ubuntu1 package available on Precise Pangolin so that
all the functions listed in the description of 0.3.0-2 are available
  to Precise Pangolin users?

  Thanks and regards,

  ~Plug
