Public bug reported:

Steps I have used:
1. From the installation type screen press the Back button
2. Click Continue on the Prepare for installation
What happens: The selected option is the upgrade option (although it is disabled) and the Install now button is active
What should happen instead: The default option should be the first disabled option OR no option should be selected and the install now button should be inactive, and only become active when the user selects something. This would not allow the users to click the Continue button twice (e.g. on the prepare installation page slow double-click on the continue button) or an enter pressed by mistake, as these actions tend to be dangerous (upgrade/ erase disk/ ...) and should require the user to choose.
