Looking further back in the log we can see that a package became
corrupted in memory or on disk:

Nov 28 22:07:35 ubuntu ubiquity: Unpacking replacement libreoffice-help-en-us ...
Nov 28 22:07:38 ubuntu ubiquity: dpkg: error processing /target/var/cache/apt/archives/libreoffice-help-en-us_1%3a3.6.2~rc2-0ubuntu4_all.deb (--unpack):
Nov 28 22:07:38 ubuntu ubiquity: corrupted filesystem tarfile - corrupted package archive

I'd try installing again to see if it was just a one time failure.
