  "ADDRCONF(NETDEV_UP): eth0: link is not ready" take long time at boot

Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  When I boot my "Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS" the line "ADDRCONF" take long time
  (20seconds):

  [   23.955756] ADDRCONF(NETDEV_UP): eth0: link is not ready

  
  Alot of users have the same problem (google it).
