  Cant upgrade from precise to quantal

Bug description:
  Hello. I tried to upgrade from Precise (12.04.1) to Quantal (at now 12.10 Beta-2). I wrote in console: "update-manager -d" and press "update" in update-manager.
  Then see an errors in terminal (python traceback):
