Title:
Unable to install on btrfs filesystem: cannot read
  `/@/boot/grub/core.img' correctly

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
When installing ubuntu 11.10 x64 on a single partition "sda3", select "format sda3 as btrfs" and "install the boot loader on /dev/sda3/".
Just before the end of the install, a bug appears that says that the install couldn't not be finalized.
The error is due to something like "grub-install /dev/sda3/".
But in my opinion, it is not the grub fault.
It seems that Grub can't boot Btrfs partitions but the Ubuntu installer should warn me at the beginning that the install is not possible.

  (Laptop DELL Latitude E5400)
(fresh install via USB installer created with UNetbootin)
