Bug description:
  Binary package hint: subversion

  http://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/trunk/notes/svnsync.txt would be
  useful to have in /usr/share/doc/subversion since the manual page is
  very sparse and the red-book only really works as a reference manual
  for this particular command; there is no "getting started" or
  practical concerns in the current edition.
